Resident Evil Director's Cut

Yes the most challenging, and that's what counts in a good
game, but this game just doesn't score high in the challenge
department:
Graphics: 10... I don't know about you but when I first
played this game, I was drooling all over, since this was
the first game (I think, well atleast that I know of) that
has complete textured and rendered backrounds from the real
thing... and, as for the characters, they are done
beautifuly too, having slight better designes than RE2, and
more face detail also..
Difficulty: 9.... yes this is a very VERY difficult game, at
first off in the game, the puzzles are just unlocking doors,
and finding ammo and health, but then you get about 3/4
through the game and you would not beleive some of the
things you have to do, to mixing a BUNCH of herbs together,
to finding to little jewels (it is harder than it sounds :P)
this game will have you on a roller coaster ride of puzzles,
and if your like me, if you get wrapped up in a puzzle, or
just can't figure the dang thing out, than you stop playing
the game for a while, untill you've finighed RE2, and have
the guts to finish part one...
Gameplay: 8... You are either 2 characters, Jill, or Chris,
they also have a team called S. T. A. R. S, witch is about 5
people, funny at the end there are only about 3 out of the
15 ALL in the house living at the end, well anyways, you
were called in for a strange report from a old mansion on
the outskirts of Raccoon city, you go into the house, not
knowwing what the hell you are about to come on too, there
are numerous parts in this game that I personally like, one
being the best is Difficulty/Challenge, though it's
graphics that not make a game, it just depends on it fun and
replayibility, and as I mentioned eralier, this game is
DIFFICULT!!!!! There are only about 2 parts in this game
that I dislike, first off, this is no director's cut, same
thing from the origanal, axcept new camera angles (:P) but
since this is a million seller, it that expensive anyways,
and the second thing is the fact that, when you DO get
causght in a puzzle, or a certain part of the game, you sit
there for hours, apon hours, of running through the same
spot you have just passed a couple of minutes ago, but I
guess thats the fun of it..
Sound/Music: 7... the onlyu thing anooying about the sound
is that you hear constant over-use in the zombies voices,
but the music has a really nice horror movie touch to it,
witch allways makes the game scary..
Rent or buy? If you have RE2, but not this one, you have to
buy it, if you haven't played any of the survival horror
series, than you should look upon renting it...
Overall: 9 out of 10
