This is in my opinion the slickest fighting game so far for PSP.
PROS:
1. Great graphics, great resolution.
2. Nice application speed even with high rendering effects.
3. The attack combos are awesome. I am virtually indestructive when playing with "Li" (One of the many fighting characters).
4. Network play allows to play against real opponents.
Cons:
1. To master the combo attacks, it take a while to use the correct key sequences with right timing but it is worth it.

If you are Tekken fan or if you like fighters in general, this will be something you will love. I never played Tekken before and I got this as I was happy with the end result. This game contains many modes like Story Mode, Tekken Dojo, Multiplayer, Arcade Mode, Time Survival, Bowling, Command Attack, Quick Battle, Training, and Sound Room. You can unlock costumes for your characters in the store. This distinguishes itself from most fighters that the PSP has and most fighters in general.
Pros: Over 30 characters to choose from. Plenitiful amounts of game modes and unlockables to keep you busy for a while. Fighting is well thought out.
Cons: Some combos may be hard to land. Charcters lack long range attacks/special techniques.

If you're into 3D fighting games, this game will meet your high expectations and exceed them. This game sets a new standard for 3-D fighters on a portable system. I've been dreaming of a portable version of Tekken for a long time now and there have been disappointments in the past. For example, the tekken Gameboy advance title was lacking in many areas... especially since it was not really 3-D but only 2-D sprite driven and simulated 3-D. This game "Tekken Resurrection" however is the real deal and has finally made that dream of mine into a reality. The graphics will astound you and even the background graphics are amazing and are truly 3-D. It's really the first game on the PSP that makes you feel like you're playing a portable PS2 and using the PSP to it's full potiential.
Pros:
Incredible graphics, great gameplay, and all the moves and combos you expect. Many characters to play and playable right away (no unlocking needed). Everything you expect from Tekken and more.
Cons:
End movies (when you beat the game) could be much better.
Conclusion: If you think most Psp games out there are crap, you're right. But this is a Diamond among coals. Buy this game and it may shift your perspective of PSP games and you'll see the true potiental of the PSP and what it can do. Let's hope there are more and more games like this for the PSP in the future.

all characters unlocked to start with, tons of unlockable character accesories and costumes, beautiful graphics, extensive league play in the tekken dojos and unlockable mini games. aside from a true online fighting mode, there is nothing this game doesn't have!

As usual, NAMCO produced greatest fighitng game ever on PSP.
Beautiful graphics and moves are almost same as console machine.
Buy it and you are not gonna regret.
