Get the travel case, instead, it really doesn't protect it that much, althoug it is confy for handling, more confy than the travel case.
I'd get it if I don't really take the PSP out of my house, because I don't feel it protects it from a fall or rough handling.

I bought this with the belief that the top was matte plastic and the sides were at least faux chrome if not real chrome. Ends up the entire thing is shiny clear plastic which the above photo does not let on at all. It shows every fingerprint. I do not like it at all.

You can play your PSP when it is in the case but is not as good as other full protector cases that are in the market. That's because when playing your PSP the PSP is exposed and if it falls while playing it there is no way to sve it from scratches or even get broken. That's the total true about this case. But in the other hand if all you want if leave your PSP inside the case just for storage and keep it safe, then this is the case you will rally need. Why? Because it is a very strong material, you can customize how it looks by adding any picture you desire to make it look attractive, and because you can use it for those days when you travel and just wanna play some music while leaving the PSP inside the case fully protected from scratches and system injuries. Highly recommend this one for storage only!!!

I have a PSP and i needed a good case to keep my investment protected, AND THIS IS IT! This is the perfect case. It has open ports for everything, you can even personalize the front. I went picture crazy with this thing and It is WORTH IT....Dont buy any other case, this is worth it.

My son used every day and he like it a lot, as a father I would like that he take more time with other thing, but as a Sony game this thing will never be broke or damage.
Is a all terrain game, your money (Son idea) is well us, in a year you probably pay more in games to put on that the game it self.
