This product is nice but you have to make sure you are positioned close enough and in direct line to the connector or it doesnt register you playing.

I've had this guitar for a little over 2 weeks now.
First impressions:
The guitar itself is very solid feeling, which I was surprised at. Enough weight to feel substantial and not too heavy. I expected a cheap plastic toy, and was happy it was better than that.
The guitar strap is not very good quality I think.
The dual game functionality works well. But, you have to leave the wiimote in to play one game, and for the other game you plug in a dongle. I would have preferred a nice, simple switch. But, I don't switch between games often so its not a big problem.
The strum bar is more like a switch, compared to other guitars I've played. You really know when you hit it, you can feel the click with your finger. This is nice, I can't tell when the strum bar is exactly activated on other guitars I've tried (like the one that came with the game). But the benefit isn't that great, I can play well on both the guitar that came with the game and this guitar.
I was worried the two piece design would be flimsy, but its very solid.
Overall the build quality seems very good. I'll try it for a few more weeks and post an update.
