- Sooo much fun!
I have never played the original Boogie, so I can't compare, but this game is GREAT! I love it!! I think it is a ton of fun to play. I sound terrible, and I don't know many of the songs, so I am not that great, but it is still a load of fun. My favorite is the competition portion of the game where you can choose if you want to sing or dance and you get points - to unlock more moves and songs. I wish the lyrics didn't go so fast, but I don't think they go any faster than the song beat. My only complaint is I wish there was more songs. I could literally play this for hours. I highly recommend it.

- A Gift That Made My Daughter Happy
My daughter wanted this because it had several bands that she loves on it. I haven't heard any complaints yet from her. I've heard, due to ease dropping, her voice magnified (distorted) where it doesn't sound very good. It only last a short time, but am not sure why it does this. Maybe it's part of the game.

We bought this for Christmas. Together with our friends we were able to compare it with American Idol and Disney Sing It. It was obvious that Boogie Superstar was more entertaining. SBoogie allows you to dance, solo and duet plus design your on character. An all around great game.

- Not quite what I expected but still a fun game
I bought this game for my girlfriend because she likes to sing but is too shy to do so in public and I thought she would enjoy it. I picked it because I recognized the songs listed on the box and new she'd like them as well. I was a bit surprised that more than half of the game consists of a dancing/ performing part and it's not just singing. If you're looking for a straightforward karaoke type game like Sing Star, then this might not be for you. However if you're looking for a game that will let you move around a bit and sing as well, its worth checking it out.

I bought this game for my daughter who wants to sing and dance yet is not a gamer and has not had any interest in the Wii. My daughter is still in elementary school and luckily this game is not too mature for her (I censor two songs using the select vs random song selection function). She loves the characters and the cute graphics. Some of the commentators ('judges') can be a little rude yet during the action the game also encourages her to keep trying. I hope there is another song bundle as I am unsure how long it is going to take her to unlock some of the other songs. My son, who is five, even tries as well just because he sees how much fun the girls are having.

In short, she loves it - her friends love it too and it keeps them dancing for hours. I enjoy it too because the laughter fills the house.
