Rating: - works great if used correctly
i think this is a great item. if you put the sleeve on correctly then you should have no problem with it staying in place. it helps add grip and is more comfortable than the board itself.
Rating: - Garbage.
This is horrible. I bought this in the hope of adding a little grip to the balance board, however the sleeve does not stay put and is constantly shifting and bunching under your feet.
I don't have much to say about the yoga mat. It's just a mat.
