Rating: - Great game idea - low quality construction.
This game was a super pack of the one Xbox game that I had already played. The Xbox game was excellent, while this series was sadly disappointing & frustrating. My husband and I opened our own cases and tried to solve them, only for both of us to get stuck. We tried downloading patches that didn't work, following walk-throughs, starting over, and could never even get past the first case (therefore hindering you from going to another case). There were glitches with evidence sometimes showing up, and sometimes not. On one particular game (on one of the two disks we could get to work at all), we could not get the fingerprints to match up, therefore not allowing us to question a suspect correctly. We tried these games on different computers even to make sure it wasn't our desktop. We've come to the conclusion this is just a badly put together game that we couldn't win even with cheats.

I really wish I could give you an appropriate review, but I never received the correct format I ordered. I ordered the Vista version, but kept receiving the 2000/xp version. I finally asked for my money back. Your customer service persons kept telling me there must be a problem in distribution and there was nothing they could do except replace it. After the second wrong version, and having to keep sending them back, I demanded my money back. I did receive a refund, but was very disappointed as it was on back order for quite a while before getting the first wrong game. I have always liked buying through Amazon, as I always got very good and prompt service, but now am unsure about ordering. Is there anyway I can receive the correct version of this game? Thank you for the opportunity to write to someone who may be able to solve this issue and restore my confidence in future orders.
Rating: - Doesn't work (well...at all...) with Vista!
This game pack would not work with Vista on our computer. None of the downloadable patches worked. When we got it, the packaging actually says it supports OS Windows 2000/XP ONLY. The software maker's site says it doesn't support Vista. A few folks have reported they got it working with Vista but it wouldn't for us. Our video card is better than the minimum specification as well, so...order at your own risk if you have Vista.
As it is, I am returning the game. Amazon should rethink the item information for this game. I hated giving it one star but couldn't post this without "rating" it.
