Average Rating:
Rating: - Bad graphics, boring
Game graphics aren't very realistic/interactive. It almost looks unfinished at times, like they were rushing to get it out the door same day as the movie. Gets boring pretty quick.
Rating: - Not bad but not good
This game was not bad for the price I paid. Paid only $20 brand new. This game is actually fun. You get to use any of the 4 players. It's kinda like the movie but not exactly. The story is there, but you don't play the game like how the movie is.
Rating: - AWFUL camera.
The game's camera will give you a headache very quickly, if there are team members scattered around the camera will focus the empty space between the players, sometimes the only thing you'll be able to see is a wall, including times when you NEED to see to solve a puzzle. Some puzzles are simply annoying, not hard, hard puzzles are great, but these are just annoying and time consuming. Also, you'll be able to beat the game pretty quickly (we did it in around 6 hours). And believe me, you'll play it once, at most, so if you can rent it that'll be even better. You might have some fun with some friends and all for a while, but you won't come back to play it to uncover secrets or just to get through it again.
But the most serious drawback is that this is a game that could have been done for PS2 or even N64 with the same results except for the graphics in -some- parts of the game. The only "new" thing is flying as human torch with the Sixaxis, but it's not all that fun anyways, nor innovative. In fact, we've been playing Gauntlet Legends for PS2 for a while now and we can play it over and over again (the same game is available for N64 and maybe for PSX). So as a summary, nothing new and gets boring too quickly. So rent it or look for another game.
