Product Description:
Professional design means professional performance, and Logitech MOMO Force means both. It starts with the hand-stitched leather wheel designed by MOMO, one of the world's leading designers of automotive racing accessories. Add a set of aluminum floor pedals, programmable buttons, and the power of force feedback, and you're on track for the most realistic PC racing experience on the planet. MOMO is one of the world's leading designers of automotive accessories, for the track and the street. And MOMO was founded specifically to design and build steering wheels. Their expertise can be seen in the cockpits of world champion racers. Let it be seen in yours.Expert racers know that in order to win, communication with the car is essential. You communicate your desires. It communicates its condition and that of the road. This wheel, which features a force feedback mechanism of unprecedented quality, is a great communicator. You will drive faster.Race like a pro with a leather steering wheel, steel paddle shifters, precision ball bearings, and the aluminum gas and brake pedals. If you are like most people, this hand-stitched leather wheel will feel a lot better in your hands than the one in your car does. But the quality doesn't stop there. The solid steel paddles deliver fast, positive shifts. Steel ball bearings and bracing results in steering that is smooth as glass, but durable as the rock of Gibraltar. The elegant non-slip pedals fit your feet perfectly and their oversize base ensures steady control. This product has been engineered from the ground up for speed. All of this communication and premium design would be wasted if the Logitech MOMO Force didn't provide you with total control. But it does. Everything is programmable, so you can create the setups that are ideal for you on a game-by-game basis. And the 270 degrees of rotation results in steering precision that you have never experienced in PC gaming before.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Best wheel ever... I really mean it
I got this racing wheel 4 christmas because i got tired of using the keyboard and I didn't have a gamepad. (I have a joystick, but I only use it for flight sim 04. then my parents A.K.A Santa Claus bought me this cool wheel by logitech (I was really going to buy it with my credit card, besides I'm only 15 years old. The force feedback and vibration feedback is awesome I keep the force feedback on most of the time except wheen I'm drifting in Need For Speed Underground 2. This wheel doesn't take up much desk space at all which is good because my desk is kinda big. Whatever you do get the updated drivers from the site instead of plugging it in. Oh yeah don't forget to get the wheel centering utility from logitech.com
I hope u like my review
Thanks

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This is the best wheel you can get!
I have used so many wheels before and NONE of one I like. Yes NONE! I then started to look for a good quantity wheel and finally went for this Logitech MOMO Force Feedback Wheel USB.

I can tell you this is the best wheel I have ever had. From the look of the wheel to the paddel, everything just like I am driving a real car. Yes! A real racing car. Everytime when I put my hands on the wheel and my feet on the paddel, I feel I am sitting on a Nascar. Also, those bottoms on the wheel make me feel that I am sitting on a Formula 1.

One more thing you need to consider which is the updated software from Logitech. Do not install the one comes with the package. Go to www.logitech.com download the newest driver. You also will need a "Center Adjustment Utility for Logitech MOMO Force" which can help you adjust the center of the wheel (in case you are racing with a unbalance setting) from the downloads page.

Listen to me ... this is the one you have to have for your own IF AND ONLY IF you are a serious racing gamer. You will not regret it! I promise!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A guilty pleasure
As a full-grown adult far closer to the grave than the cradle, I can't help but feel guilty over the pleasure of "racing" with this sturdily made wheel and peddles. Combined with the top-notch graphics of "Need for Speed, Porsch Unleashed" or "Colin McRae Rally 2.0," the simulation is top notch.

The rumble of the idling racing car waiting for the starting flag is conveyed through the wheel in the former title. Than, as advertised, the force feedback provides a credible feel for the road and for one's forays off road into the resistant gravel, the more slippery hard-packed mud, or the crunching snow.

I raced for some time with the wheel off-center -- which was no problem at all except for the aesthetic desire to see the wheel upright on the straight away. But, I finally decided to look for the "hard-to-find" utility to properly center the wheel -- a search that took less than a minute on the Logitech site. The utility downloaded within ten seconds and worked like a charm. So, now, I don't have even a nit to pick.

The pedals work fine, especially barefoot. The break and accelearator could be spaced apart an inch or two more, but even with my size 12's, they are quite workable.

The feel of both the pedals and the wheel give me the impression that they will hold up for a very long time.

What don't I like about this product? Well, for a 59-year old, it is embarrasing to own. But, that's a criticism of me, not the wheel. The difference between racing with the wheel and a joystick is the difference between swimming with shoes and swimming with flippers. If you enjoy autoracing games, you'll enjoy it all the more with this set-up.

The wires come out of the left-hand side of the pedals. If your CPU is on your right, the wires can be an annoyance. This minor problem can be addressed either by moving the CPU or by using some masking tape to stick the wires to the base front to avoid tempting them to get in the way of the pedals.

Is it worth the money? You decide. It does all you can expect it to do -- improve the feel of the race, improve your driving performance, and add considerably both to the realism and enjoyment of the experience. So, the question is, "How much is that worth to you?" not "Will the wheel satisfy?" It will satisfy if the guilt of the indulgence isn't too overpowering for you.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - 5 Stars ... but for the pedals
Excellent wheel. Solid construction. Looks great. Easy software install. The wheel clamp systems works fine. The pedal base is of good weight and size so it doesn't move around. The only downside are the pedals which are a bit light in spring rate and short in range of movement. Overall, the MOMO Force is a great deal for the price.

[ I did a million virtual miles with a TSW wheel, but the MOMO Force adds a whole new dimension to 'burning time' with its Force Feedback. ;-) ]

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - THE BEST RACING WHEEL OUT THERE ! BUY IT ยก
I bought the Logitech MOMO Force Steering Wheel, expecting a good racing experience but what i've got was an incredible professional racing wheel, if you are into racing games this is the one for you, it has letter wheel and an unbelivable force feedback system.
