The product took a while to arrive,3 weeks, I guess since it looks like it came from china. It has a good weight and was easy to put on. It wasn't tight but stayed on during play. One of the reasons I purchased it was so the balance board would not get so dirty and it does the job. I don't know about the massage effect since the nubbies aren't that big. But it does keep the board in place and your foot too. Also the price was good too.
